Is the guy left front row Jimmy Winstanley? End back row is that Les Molyneux? I was in the same class as Stephen Bland at Highfield Junior school. Then we both went to the Thomas LInacre School.

Harry Thompson between Cliff Gunn and Keith Ashcroft. Ron You are right about Jimmy Winstanley and Les Molyneux.

This isn't the school football team - fairly obvious when you look at the players, but good to see stuff like this on Wiganworld. The school team were actually very successful during this period and reached the Champion Schools final in 1966. Some players of note from that team were: Harold Peet, Philip Hurst, David Dean, Donald Boardman, and Ray Atherton.
